It is THAT bad but it could be worse

You know it's bad when this blogger hasn't had a 32 oz Marty Mart fountain Diet Pepsi since Saturday morning.  No joke.  I can't seem to get an appointment anywhere, no one is as concerned about my throat as I am...I suppose one can't die from a sore throat, right?  I will carry on...we have a two-and-a-half day bench trial starting today at 1:15 and a full morning of court.  Good times...
